You've Gotta Be Fast!

Our group has thrown around the idea that ghosts may exist in other dimensions.  We're not going to go into the whole theory of dimensions on this post (although if you're direly interested, this is a pretty simple and interesting article).  Knowing that there could possibly be other dimensions, there also could be the possibility that there are entries/portals into these dimensions    Where, when and how...well that's something scientists are still trying to figure out.  We don't have hard evidence, just yet, but if there are more dimensions than just three, perhaps the portals open at some point but who knows for how long.

So with every new investigation comes new techniques that we create while ghost hunting.   Whenever we snap pictures with our cameras, we typically snap three, very fast, consecutive shots in a row because who knows if that portal opens in a second or less and our chance to capture is in that half second?     The pictures below are evidence of this technique     This photo was taken by one of our investigators at McMenamins Grand Lodge Hotel in Forest Grove, Oregon.   The Grand Lodge Hotel was originally built as a retirement home for the elderly Masons and Order of the Eastern Star, a male/female organization related to Freemasonry.

First picture taken...

Next picture taken about a half second after the first (Hint: look at the area in the black circle beyond column.)

And third picture taken another half second later...

Do you see it?   There was no one on that side of the room at the time.

Over the years, there have been reports of strange things happening at this hotel including the appearance of apparitions.   Several rooms have also been known to have the occasional apparition run through walls, guests have had items rearranged or awakened in the middle of the night suffocating from being extremely tied down with their bed sheets.   Other reports have been in the dining hall, the former doctor's office and the Compass Room where terminal patients were kept.

So, the next time you try your hand at a little investigating, try our technique.  You may be fast enough to catch something or someone from another dimension!

Happy hunting!
